- The products are early warning detection devices for smoke, heat and/or flames. They provide local audio alerts and push notifications via the Hik Connect and are intended for personal, non commercial, stand alone installation in homes, offices or small spaces only.
- The products are not substitutes for any fire service installation or system required by law. They do not extinguish fires and do not integrate with building fire alarm or fire service installation systems. For any use as part of a fire service installation, customers should consult the Fire Services Department and relevant professionals.
- The products do not guarantee prevention of fire, smoke or heat damage, and there is no assurance that false alarms will not occur or that all fires will be detected. HKBNES accepts no liability for any property damage, personal injury or other loss arising from or in connection with any fire, smoke, heat, or any failure, delay or error in detection or alarm.
- Remote notifications depend on the end user’s internet and Wi Fi connectivity and third party platforms. HKBNES is not responsible for any failure, delay or interruption of app services or notifications.
