We experienced an unexpected network outage affecting Yuen Long, Tuen Mun and Tin Shui Wai area earlier. According to the preliminary investigation, the service interruption was caused by damage to the fibre optic cable due to third-party construction work on Castle Peak Road in Tuen Mun.

Payment Methods

Please mail a crossed cheque payable to “HKBN” or “HKBN Enterprise Solutions Limited” with the payment slip to GPO Box 413 Hong Kong.

  • Please write your HKBN Account Number at the back of the cheque and be sure to allow at least 5 working days to process your payment. Post-dated cheque will not be accepted and no receipt will be issued.
  • Payment can be made by AlipayHK, WeChat Pay, Octopus and FPS via self-service payment kiosk. Please print and bring along your statement accordingly.

    For customers designated with a 9-digit and 13-digit Account Number

    In general, direct debit will be made before the Payment Due Date through your autopay/ credit card account. If the Payment Due Date is Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday, the repayment will be made on the day before or following the payment period.
