Any payments made to HKBNES are non-transferable and non-refundable.
Customers are required to register in the name of the company and provide a valid Business Registration number, a copy of the Business Registration Certificate, the company name, contact telephone number(s) and email address(es) for liaison and account registration purposes. Registration in the name of an individual will not be accepted.
The service under this Plan (“Service”) is only applicable in designated regions.
When data usage reaches the data entitlement limit, upload and download speeds for thereafter local data access in Hong Kong will be restricted to not more than 1Mbps; thereafter data usage in the Chinese Mainland and Macao will be automatically charged under RoamLite Roaming Data Day Plan or Roam-in-Command (if applicable).
When data usage reaches the data entitlement limit, upload and download speeds for thereafter data access will be restricted to not more than 5Mbps. The thereafter local data usage does not include support for tethering and peer-to-peer (P2P) applications, including Bit-Torrent etc. 5G network performance is available with compatible mobile devices. Any unused data cannot be carried forward to the next monthly bill cycle.

HKBNES reserves the right to modify, suspend, cancel or terminate the Service Plan, and / or amend the applicable terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
If there is any dispute, the decision of HKBNES shall be final.
