Program Detail
HKBNES x Bowtie 4-In-1 Healthcare Service Plan managed by Bowtie Life Insurance Company limited and it is not an insurance plan.
This part provides a general description of the benefits offered under HKBN x Bowtie Health Membership Plan, the actual benefits entitled to the Member will be subject to items as follows.
HKBNES x Bowtie 4-In-1 Healthcare Service Plan (Applicable only to persons aged 18 – 80)
(I) Telemedicine Benefits
- Unlimited number of time access to general practitioner consultations throughout the membership period via online tele-doctor consultation on a 12-month plan
- Includes 2-day basic medication subject to necessary medical needs, home delivery of medicine and sick leave certificate (if applicable)
(II) Dental Check-up Benefits
- Basic dental services for twice a year (based on a 12-month basis from the start date of the Client Programme), including:
- Oral examination and consultation;
- Scaling and polishing; and
- Intraoral x-ray
(III) Dental Procedure Benefits#
- 20% discount on the retail price recommended by the Service Provider of services including:
- Restorative dentistry (Composite fillings; diastema; crowns and bridges; and denture);
- Endodontics (Root canal treatment; dressings; and temporary fillings);
- Periodontology (Root planting); and
- Other dental services (Non-surgical extraction; wisdom tooth extraction; mouth guard; fluoride treatment; and non-surgical drainage of abscess)
(IV) Cosmetic Dentistry Benefits#
- HK$2,000 immediate savings on minimum spending of HK$20,000 for cosmetic dentistry treatment including:
- Clear aligner treatment;
- Veneers; and
- Bleaching

- A designated physical check-up at designated service provider; 1 time per membership period.
Physical check-up includes:- Blood pressure, pulse monitoring

(VI) Influenza Vaccination (Injection)

- Telemedicine consultation is only suitable for patients with mild symptoms and non-emergency situations. If your condition is more complicated or serious and requires detailed evaluation and diagnosis, please call 999 immediately or go to the Accident and Emergency Department for treatment.
- With the development of technology, Telemedicine consultation has gradually become popular and mature in foreign countries, allowing patients to reduce the burden of travel. In Hong Kong, public and private organizations have also launched related services in recent years.
- The service time of Telemedicine Service is from Monday to Friday 9:00am to 7:00pm and Saturday from 9:00am to 1:00pm (Except public holidays and black rainstorm warning or typhoon warning signal No. 8 or higher or extreme conditions are in effect).
- Anyone who is within the age range of 18-80 is eligible to apply
- After the Telemedicine consultation is over, MyDoc will contact you to arrange a drug delivery service. There is no extra charge for the delivery service to Hong Kong district only.
- Delivery service hours are Monday to Friday 9:00am to 11:00pm and Saturday 9:00am to 5:00pm (except public holidays and black rainstorm warning or typhoon warning signal No. 8 or higher or extreme conditions are in effect). Please note that delivery service is not available to items that require cold chain storage and outlying islands (e.g. Lantau Island, Lamma Island, Cheung Chau, Ma Wan and Park Island; with the exception of Tung Chung) and frontier closed areas where a permit from relevant government departments may be required for entry (e.g. Sha Tau Kok, Ta Kwu Ling and Lok Ma Chau).
- A patient can appoint a 3rd party to receive the medicine on his/her behalf after the telemedicine consultation. The assigned 3rd party must show to the courier the delivery code.
- Yes, all services in the plan require an advance appointment. The available dates and times for appointments are subject to the designated service centres for the relevant services. For details on making appointments for each service, members can log in to the Bowtie customer platform to view the information.
- Yes, fasting is required. Since the physical checkup service items in the plan include a diabetes screening (fasting blood glucose), you must fast for at least 9 hours before the physical checkup. During this period, you should not eat anything (you may only drink a moderate amount of plain water). Urine tests and blood tests will also be conducted on the day of the physical checkup.
