*Terms & Conditions

1. This offer (“Offer”) is only applicable to new/existing customers of HKBN Enterprise Solutions (“HKBNES”).
2. Specifications of 2.5Gbps, 5Gbps, 10Gbps & 25Gbps are based on an Internet connection from the wall plate at customer’s premises to the first piece of HKBNES’s network equipment. Maximum upload/download speed to local site could be up to 2.5Gbps, 5Gbps, 10Gbps & 25Gbps. The actual bandwidth that the customer can enjoy may be affected by customer hardware/ software, router specification, site traffic loading, type of content being accessed and other environmental factors; and hence is normally less than the above speed. The bandwidth to overseas sites will also be subject to the conditions of local network there, and therefore the bandwidth might be even less.
3. Customers who switch from another broadband service provider to HKBNES must newly register for a designated " Biz in Motion - Efficient Package" plan, commit to a minimum 24-month contract, and successfully activate the service in order to enjoy up to 6 months of monthly fee waivers.
4. To qualify for the switching promotion, customers must provide supporting documentation from their current broadband service provider (excluding HKBNES). Acceptable documents include: (a) A monthly statement from the current broadband service provider (excluding HKBNES) issued within the last 3 months, showing the relevant commercial broadband plan and installation address; (b) The current commercial broadband contract from the current broadband service provider (excluding HKBNES); or (c) A service termination confirmation letter or email from the current business broadband service provider (excluding HKBNES).
5. Any payments made to HKBNES are non-transferable and non-refundable.
6. Respective terms and conditions apply to each service of Biz in Motion. Please contact our Account Managers for details.
7. After new customer registration for this Offer, an installation fee of HK$550/ HK$880 will be charged (the actual installation fee amount is subject to the HKBN Enterprise Solutions order confirmation form). After successful service installation, Customers will receive McDonald’s Cash Vouchers worth HK$800/ HK$900 (depending on the installation fee amount), a $3,000 Digital Promotion Service Voucher, and office supplies cash vouchers (collectively "Coupons").
8. The redemption letter for the Coupons will be sent to the valid email address registered with HKBNES within 8-12 weeks after the service becomes effective. Coupons are available in limited quantities and will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis.
9. For details regarding the terms and conditions of using the Coupons, please refer to the redemption letter for the Coupons.
10. If there are discrepancies between the Chinese and the English versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
11. HKBNES reserves the right to modify, suspend, cancel or terminate the Offer, and / or amend the applicable terms and conditions any time without prior notice.
12. If there is any dispute, the decision of HKBNES shall be final.
