  1. The services included in the Service Plan are subject to their respective terms and conditions. For more details, please refer to the relevant service registration form or inquire with your account manager.
  2. Any payments made to HKBNES are non-transferable and non-refundable.
  3. Customers are required to register in the name of the company and provide a valid Business Registration number, a copy of the Business Registration Certificate, the company name, contact telephone number(s) and email address(es) for liaison and account registration purposes. Registration in the name of an individual will not be accepted.
  4. The service under this Plan (“Service”) is only applicable in designated regions.
  5. A “day” means 24 hours from activation of the Service and calculated based on the time zone where the Service is activated. Usage that is less than one day will be counted as one day.
  6. Network and actual usage conditions may vary depending on the coverage of the visited area and the influence of local network operators and their associated equipment. When the daily data usage reaches 1GB, the maximum upload and download speed for thereafter roaming data will be 128kbps.
  7. If there are discrepancies between the Chinese and the English versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
  8. HKBNES reserves the right to modify, suspend, cancel or terminate the Service Plan, and / or amend the applicable terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
  9. If there is any dispute, the decision of HKBNES shall be final.
