This offer is only applicable to new customers ("Customer(s)") of HKBN Enterprise Solutions Limited ("HKBNES").
To qualify for this offer, customers must provide the documentary proof as specified in Clause 4 of these Terms and Conditions and register for HKBNES's designated business broadband services, with a minimum contract period of 24 months.
Customers must provide the following documentary proof to qualify for this offer:
- A monthly bill from HGC or other network providers from any of the last 3 months that includes the relevant business broadband service plan and installation address.
- The business broadband service contract of HGC or other network providers.
- A termination confirmation letter/email for the business broadband services issued by HGC or other network providers.
The “existing monthly price” shall refer to the standard monthly service fee for a comparable business broadband service plan of other network providers. For the purpose of this offer, any promotional incentives, including but not limited to fee waivers, free service periods, rebates, or other non-recurring benefits offered by such network providers, may be taken into account by HKBNES when determining the effective monthly price. HKBNES reserves the right to assess and adjust the comparison on a reasonable basis to reflect the overall value of such offers.
A redemption letter for the cash coupons will be sent to the valid email address registered with the HKBNES within 8-12 weeks after the services become effective. The cash coupons are only applicable to designated merchants. The quantity of cash coupons is limited and available while stocks last.
