*Terms & Conditions

1. This offer is only applicable to new/existing customers (“Customer(s)”) of HKBN Enterprise Solutions Limited (“HKBNES”).
2. This offer is only applicable to new Octopus Cards Limited ("Octopus") merchants, specifically:
   a) Merchants who have not registered for any Octopus payment accounts to date; or
   b) Merchants who have previously registered for an Octopus payment account but have had zero Octopus deduction transactions in the past 12 months.
   Octopus reserves the right to exercise discretion and make the final decision on whether customers qualify for the promotion, and this decision is final and cannot be changed.
3. The contract period for the service plan is 24 months.
4. This offer is valid until 31 May 2025. Eligible customers who register during the offer’s validity period and successfully deploy the Octopus Payment Solutions by 30 June 2025, can enjoy a special discounted transaction fee. If customers register for both Octopus Solutions and all-in-one ePayment Solutions, the special discounted transaction fee can be as low as 1.18% of the transaction amount. However, the actual discounted transaction fee will depend on the specific plan registered by the Customer and may be higher than 1.18%. For more details, please inquire with your account manager.
5. Customers must register in the name of a company and provide a valid Business Registration number, a copy of the Business Registration Certificate, the company name, contact telephone number(s) and email address(es) for HKBNES’s liaison with customers and account registration purposes. Registration in the name of an individual will not be accepted.
6. For the purposes of clause 5 above, unless the Customer can provide proof of franchise business, branch business registration certificates will not be accepted.
7. To enjoy this offer, Customer agrees that HKBNES may transfer information provided by Customer (including but not limited to information referred to in clause 5 above) to third-party services provider(s) relevant to the Offer for registration for the payment solution service.
8. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with other promotion.
9. The services included in this offer and payment solutions service are subject to their respective terms and conditions. For more details, please refer to the relevant service registration form or inquire with your account manager.
10. The services included in this offer and payment solutions service include services and/or products provided by third-party suppliers. Customers agree to comply with an accept the terms and conditions of these third-party suppliers.
11. Where there are inconsistencies between the English and the Chinese version of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
12. HKBNES reserves the right to modify, suspend, cancel, or terminate this offer and/or amend the applicable terms and conditions without prior notice.
13. In case of any dispute, HKBNES reserves the right to make the final decision.
