1. The offer is valid until 30 November 2024
2. This offer is only applicable to new/existing customers ("Customer(s)") of HKBN Enterprise Solutions Limited ("HKBNES").
3. Customers who sign up for, renew or upgrade to designated 1000M/2000M/2500M business broadband service ("Plan") with a minimum 24-month contract and prepay for at least 11 months of monthly fees after the first bill is issued are eligible to receive an iPhone 16 Pro or iPhone 16 Pro Max ("iPhone"). For details on the monthly fee for the specified business broadband service, please consult your account manager.
4. The prepaid monthly fees will be deducted directly from the monthly fee of the designated months and will be reflected on the corresponding month’s bill. Customers will not need to make additional payments for these months. For more details, please contact your account manager.
5. The monthly fee does not include installation or extra wiring costs.
6. Once the offer is successfully registered, the choice of iPhone cannot be changed. The offer is on a first-come, first-served basis while stock lasts. iPhone will be delivered to the Customer's registered address with HKBNES 2-6 weeks after the prepayment of the designated monthly fees. Customers are entitled to a one-year iPhone warranty. For warranty and repair inquiries, please visit Apple authorized service centre(s).
7. All iPhones are provided by Apple Asia Limited (“Apple”). Descriptions and images of the iPhone are provided by Apple and are for reference only. HKBNES is not the manufacturer or supplier of the iPhone and is not responsible for any direct or indirect damage or loss caused to the Customer due to the iPhone being unfit for purposes, not corresponding to descriptions, or of poor quality, etc. For any maintenance requests or complaints regarding the iPhone, please contact Apple directly. HKBNES will not assume any responsibility for the iPhone, including its products and technical support.
8. Specifications of 1000Mbps/2000Mbps/2500Mbps are based on an Internet connection from the wall plate at customer's premises to the first piece of HKBNES's network equipment. Maximum upload/download speed to local site could be up to 1000Mbps/2000Mbps/2500Mbps respectively. The actual bandwidth that the Customer can enjoy may be affected by Customer hardware/ software, router specification, site traffic loading, type of content being accessed and other environmental factors; and hence is normally less than the above speed. The bandwidth to overseas sites will also be subject to the conditions of local network there, and therefore the bandwidth might be even less.
9. The coverage of business broadband varies across Hong Kong, Kowloon and the New Territories and is available in selected buildings/districts only. Please contact your account managers for building readiness enquiry.
10. Upon successful registration, installation, activation and prepayment of the Plan , the prepaid amount is not refundable or transferable to any other HKBNES services if the Plan is suspended, cancelled or terminated for any reason whatsoever.
11. For other terms and conditions applicable to the Plan, please refer to the HKBNES service registration form or contact your account manager.
12. HKBNES reserves the right to modify, suspend, cancel, or terminate this offer and/or amend the applicable terms and conditions without prior notice.
13. In case of any dispute, HKBNES reserves the right to make the final decision.
