2. Any payments made to HKBNES are non-transferable and non-refundable.
3. Customers are required to register in the name of the company and provide a valid Business Registration number, a copy of the Business Registration Certificate, the company name, contact telephone number(s) and email address(es) for liaison and account registration purposes. Registration in the name of an individual will not be accepted.
4. The service under this Plan (“Service”) is only applicable in designated regions.
5. When data usage reaches the data entitlement, upload and download speed for thereafter local data access in Hong Kong will be restricted to not more than 1Mbps; thereafter data usage in Mainland China & Macau will be automatically charged under RoamLite Roaming Data Day Plan or Roam-in-Command (if applicable)​.
6. When data usage reaches the data entitlement, upload and download speed for thereafter data access will be restricted to not more than 1Mbps. SMS alert will be sent to Subscriber when Mainland China & Macau Data usage nearly reaches the entitlement limit. Subscriber may choose to top-up on need basis by purchasing extra data at $38/2GB Mainland China & Macau data each time which can be used during such monthly bill cycle. Once the top-up data has been purchased, the related payment will not be refunded. Any unused data cannot be carried forward to the next monthly bill cycle.​
7. When data usage reaches the data entitlement, upload and download speed for thereafter data access will be restricted to not less than 128kbps. And SMS alert will be sent to Subscriber when data usage nearly reaches the plan entitlement limit, Subscriber may choose to top-up on need basis by purchasing extra local data (maximum download speed is 42Mbps) which can be used during such monthly bill cycle.
8. If there are discrepancies between the Chinese and the English versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.​
9. HKBNES reserves the right to modify, suspend, cancel or terminate the Service Plan, and / or amend the applicable terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
10. If there is any dispute, the decision of HKBNES shall be final.
