*Terms and Conditions

1. The offer is valid until 31 August 2026.
2. This offer is applicable only to new/existing customers ("Customer") of HKBN Enterprise Solutions Limited ("HKBNES").
3. Customers who sign up for to the 5Gbps / 10Gbps Business Broadband Service Plan ("Plan") with a minimum contract period of 24 months and make a prepayment equivalent to no more than 2 months' monthly fee upon issuance of the first bill. Eligible Customers will receive: (i) one iPad Wi-Fi 128GB ("iPad") OR (ii) Apple AirPods Pro 3 ("AirPods") OR (iii) 13-inch Apple MacBook Neo ("MacBook"); AND (iv) up to 2 HKBNCare+ IT Service Support Tokens. Please contact your Account Manager for details regarding the monthly fees of the designated Business Broadband Services.
4. The prepaid monthly fees will be deducted directly from the monthly fee of the designated months and will be reflected on the corresponding month’s bill. Customers will not need to make additional payments for these months. For more details, please contact your account manager.
5. The monthly fee does not cover broadband installation fees or extra cabling charges. Upon new registration of Business Broadband Services, Customers are required to pay an installation fee of HK$550 / HK$880 (the actual installation fee is subject to the HKBNES Service Registration Form). Furthermore, Customers are eligible to redeem McDonald’s Cash Vouchers ("Cash Vouchers") upon satisfying the following conditions: (i) successful installation and activation of the service; (ii) full payment of the first month’s fee for the subscribed Plan; and (iii) no outstanding payment records on the account. New Customers will receive Cash Vouchers with a total value of HK$800 / HK$900, corresponding to the installation fee paid.
6. Eligible Customers may register to redeem the Cash Vouchers via MyAccount starting from the 3rd month following the commencement of the first billing cycle after service activation. The redemption letter for the Cash Vouchers (if applicable) will be mailed to the Customer’s billing address within 8-12 weeks after the service registration becomes effective. Cash Vouchers are available in limited quantities and while stocks last.
7. The selection of the iPads, AirPods or MacBook model cannot be changed once the registration for this offer is successfully completed. The iPads, AirPods or MacBook are available in limited quantities on a first-come, first-served basis while stocks last. The iPad or AirPods will be delivered to the valid address registered with HKBNES within 4-8 weeks after the prepayment mentioned in Clause 3 is settled. Customers are entitled to a one-year warranty for the iPad or AirPods. Customers may visit an Apple Authorized Service Provider for warranty and repair enquiries.
8. All iPads, AirPods or MacBook are provided by Apple Asia Limited ("Apple"). Descriptions and images of the iPad and AirPods are provided by Apple and are for reference only. HKBNES is not the manufacturer/supplier of the iPads, AirPods or MacBook and shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages or losses caused by the unsuitability, non-conformity with description, or quality issues of the iPads, AirPods or MacBook. For any repair issues or complaints regarding the iPads, AirPods or MacBook, please contact Apple directly. HKBNES shall not assume any responsibility regarding the iPads, AirPods or MacBook (including product and technical support).
9. Specifications of 5Gbps/10Gbps are based on an Internet connection from the wall plate at Customer's premises to the first piece of HKBNES's network equipment. Maximum upload/download speed to local site could be up to 5Gbps/10Gbps respectively. The actual bandwidth that the Customer can enjoy may be affected by Customer’s hardware/ software, router specification, site traffic loading, type of content being accessed and other environmental factors; and hence is normally less than the above speed. The bandwidth to overseas sites will also be subject to the conditions of local network there, and therefore the bandwidth might be even less.
10. The coverage of business broadband varies across Hong Kong, Kowloon and the New Territories and is available in selected buildings/districts only. Please contact your account managers for building readiness enquiry.
11. Upon successful registration, installation, activation and prepayment of the Plan, the prepaid amount is not refundable or transferable to any other HKBNES services if the Plan is suspended, cancelled or terminated for any reason whatsoever.
12. For other terms and conditions applicable to the above Plan, please refer to the HKBNES Service Registration Form or contact your Account Manager.
13. HKBNES reserves the right to modify, suspend, cancel, or terminate this offer and/or amend the applicable terms and conditions without prior notice.
14. In case of any dispute, HKBNES reserves the right to make the final decision.
