1. The above solutions (each a “Solution”) is only applicable to new/existing customers of HKBN Enterprise Solutions Limited (“HKBNES”).
2. [2.5/5/10/25] Gbps are based on an Internet connection from the wall plate at customer's premises to the first piece of HKBNES's network equipment. Maximum upload/download speed to local site could be up to [2.5/5/10/25] Gbps respectively. The actual bandwidth that the customer can enjoy may be affected by customer hardware/ software, router specification, site traffic loading, type of content being accessed and other environmental factors; and hence is normally less than the above speed. The bandwidth to overseas sites will also be subject to the conditions of local network there, and therefore the bandwidth might be even less.

4. For each Solution, the coverage of business broadband varies across Hong Kong, Kowloon and the New Territories and is available in selected buildings/districts only. Please contact our Account Managers for building readiness enquiry.
5. Any payments made to HKBNES are non-transferable and non-refundable.
6. Each Solution is subject to respective terms and conditions apply. Please contact our Account Managers for details.
7. If there are discrepancies between the Chinese and the English versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
8. If there is any dispute, the decision of HKBNES shall be final.
