Exclusive Offer: “Biz in Motion” Package

Terms & Conditions

  1. The offer is valid until 31 March 2026 (“Promotion Period”).
  2. This offer (“Offer”) is only applicable to new/existing customers (“Customer(s)”) of HKBN Enterprise Solutions Limited (“HKBNES”).
  3. During the Promotion Period, Customers who newly register for, install, and activate any designated “Biz in Motion” Package with a minimum contract period of no less than 24 months (“Contract Period”) can receive a HK$2,500 service voucher (“Service Voucher”); plus 2 free InfiniteConnect Webex mobile basic plan accounts. Each account includes a new fixed-line number (non-portable and not linked to any existing HKBN voice service). The Webex fixed-line service is free during the Contract Period, after which a monthly charge of HKD 198 per line will apply. The Webex accounts will be activated within two business days after the activation after the corresponding broadband service . During the Contract Period no plan changes are allowed for these free lines, and these free Webex accounts cannot be combined with any HKBN voice service offer.
  4. The Service Voucher amount (HK$2,500) can only be used to offset the monthly charges for any designated InfiniteConnect Voice Service, Data Service (MetroNet 200M or above / DWDM 10G or 100G) or Data Center service (each, a “Designated Service”), each with a minimum contract period of no less than 24 months that are newly registered, installed and activated within the Promotion Period. During the initial 24 months of the minimum contract period of the Designated Service, up to 50% of the monthly fee can be deducted from the voucher balance each month (“Maximum Deduction Amount”). Deductions will be applied monthly until the total voucher amount (HK$2,500) is fully utilised or the cumulative Maximum Deduction Amount for the initial 24 months of the minimum contract period of the Designated Service is reached, whichever is earlier. Upon contract expiry or early termination of the designated “Biz in Motion” package and/or Designated Service within the minimum contract period, any unused voucher balance will be voided immediately and is non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
  5. Specifications of 2.5Gbps, 5Gbps, 10Gbps & 25Gbps are based on an Internet connection from the wall plate at Customer‘s premises to the first piece of HKBNES’s network equipment. Maximum upload/download speed to local site could be up to 2.5Gbps, 5Gbps, 10Gbps & 25Gbps. The actual bandwidth that the Customer can enjoy may be affected by Customer hardware/ software, router specification, site traffic loading, type of content being accessed and other environmental factors; and hence is normally less than the above speed. The bandwidth to overseas sites will also be subject to the conditions of local network there, and therefore the bandwidth might be even less.
  6. The services included in “Biz in Motion” packages are subject to their respective terms and conditions. Please contact your Account Managers or refer to service order confirmation form for details.
  7. The Offer includes services and/or products provided by third-party suppliers. Customers agree to comply with and accept the terms and conditions of these third-party suppliers.
  8. Any payments made to HKBNES are non-transferable and non-refundable.
  9. The redemption letter for the Service Voucher(s) s will be sent to Customer’s valid email address registered with HKBNES within 4 weeks after the service becomes effective. Service Vouchers are available in limited quantities and will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis.
  10. For details regarding the terms and conditions of using the Service Vouchers, please refer to the redemption letter for the Service Vouchers.
  11. If there are discrepancies between the Chinese and the English versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
  12. HKBNES reserves the right to modify, suspend, cancel or terminate the Offer, and / or amend the applicable terms and conditions any time without prior notice.
  13. If there is any dispute, the decision of HKBNES shall be final.
