- This offer is valid until 30 June 2025.
- This offer is only applicable to new/existing customers (“Customer(s)”) of HKBN Enterprise Solutions Limited (“HKBNES”).
- Customer must successfully register for a new or renew a designated business broadband or mobile services plan with a minimum 24-month contract period (“Designated Service Plan”) to qualify for this iPhone16e series smartphone discount offer. If theDesignated Services Plan is not activated successfully on or before 31 May 2025 after registration, HKBNES will be entitled to charge back the related discount, and Customer shall repay such discounted amount.
- Customer is required to settle smartphone price within fourteen (14) working days after the registration is accepted by HKBNES. HKBNES reserves the right to cancel the related registration if Subscriber has not settled the payment within the timeline as mentioned above. HKBNES will arrange smartphone delivery after Subscriber settles all the smartphone price.
- Products with discounts are limited in quantity, available on a first-come, first-served basis, while stocks last.
- The discounted smartphone price of the designated iPhone model is non-refundable and non-transferrable.
- Customer who purchases or picks up Apple product(s), no matter delivery via what channels, shall check the product(s) immediately if there is any damage. The device will be activated before the delivery, upon successful of delivery, the product(s) cannot be exchanged, returned or refunded.
- Customers shall visit Apple authorized service providers for iPhone repair service.
- Customer shall agree to and abide by the terms and conditions of Apple Inc’s end-user software license agreement.
- The relevant services, service plans and offer are subject to relevant terms and conditions. For details, please refer to the HKBNES service registration form or contact your account manager.
- HKBNES reserves the right to change or cancel this offer at any time without prior notice. In case of any disputes to this offer, the decision of HKBNES shall be final and conclusive.
