1. The offer is valid until 31 May 2025.
2. This offer is only applicable to new customers ("Customer(s)") of HKBN Enterprise Solutions Limited ("HKBNES").
3. To qualify for this offer, Customers must provide the documentary proof as specified in Clause 5 of these Terms and Conditions and register for HKBNES’ 500Mbps, 1000Mbps, 2000Mbps, or 2.5Gbps floating IP, fixed IP, or 8 IP Business Broadband services (“Designated Broadband Services”) or designated Business Voice services (“Designated Voice Services”), with a minimum contract period of 24 months. Additionally, for the Designated Broadband Services, the speed must be the same as the current broadband speed used by the Customer; for the Designated Voice Services, the type and quantity of services subscribed to must be the same as those currently used by the Customer.
4. In these terms and conditions, “Designated Services” refer to the “Designated Broadband Services” and/or “Designated Voice Services,” as applicable.
5. Customers must provide the following documentary proof to qualify for this offer:
   • A monthly bill from HKT or HGC from any of the last 3 months that includes the relevant business broadband or business voice services plan and installation address;
   • The contract of HKT or HGC business broadband or business voice services; and
   • A termination confirmation letter/email for the business broadband or business voice services issued by HKT or HGC.
6. The offer does not include installation fees or additional wiring costs.
7. Customers registering to the Designated Services are required to pay an installation fee of HK$550/HK$880 (the actual installation fee amount is subject to the HKBNES service registration form). Customers can additionally enjoy Hung Fook Tong e-coupons in the total value of HK$1,000 / HK$1,600 (the "Cash Coupons") once the Services are successfully installed.
8. The redemption letter for the Cash Coupons will be sent to the valid email address registered with the HKBNES within 8-12 weeks after the Services becomes effective. The quantity of Cash Coupons is limited and available while supplies last.

10. Please refer to the Cash Coupon redemption letter for details regarding the terms and conditions of using the Cash Coupons.
11. HKBNES reserves the right to modify, suspend, cancel, or terminate this offer and/or amend the applicable terms and conditions without prior notice.
12. In case of any dispute, HKBNES reserves the right to make the final decision.
