Terms & Conditions
^Special Discounted Transaction Fee Offer Terms & Conditions
- This offer is only applicable to HKBN Enterprise Solutions Limited’s (“HKBNES”):
a) New customers, which are defined as customers who have not registered for any Octopus payment accounts to date; and
b) Existing customers, which are defined as Merchants who have previously registered for an Octopus payment account, but have had zero Octopus deduction transactions in the past 12 months. (collectively, “Customers”)
Octopus reserves the right to exercise discretion and make the final decision on whether customers qualify for the promotion, and this decision shall be final and binding. - The contract period for the service plan is 24 months.
- This offer is valid until 31 March 2026. To enjoy the special discounted transaction fee, eligible customers must register during the offer validity period and successfully install a designated Octopus Payment Solutions by 31 March 2026. For existing Customers, the special discounted transaction fee applies to the new service plan only. For details, please inquire with your account manager.
- Customers must register in the name of a company and provide a valid Business Registration number, a copy of the Business Registration Certificate, the company name, contact telephone number(s) and email address(es) for HKBNES’s liaison with customers and account registration purposes. Registration in the name of an individual will not be accepted.
- For clause 4 above, unless the Customer can provide proof of franchise business, branch business registration certificates will not be accepted.
- To enjoy this offer, Customer must agree that HKBNES may transfer the information provided by Customer (including but not limited to information referred to in clause 4 above) to third-party service providers relevant to the Offer for registration for the payment solution service.
- This offer cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions.
- The services included in this offer and the payment solutions service are subject to their respective terms and conditions. For details, please refer to the relevant service registration form or inquire with your account manager.
- The services included in this offer and payment solutions service include services and/or products provided by third-party suppliers. Customers agree to comply with the terms and conditions of these third-party suppliers. All amounts paid to HKBNES are non-transferable and non-refundable.
