  1. The offer is valid until 31 March 2026 (\u201cPromotion Period\u201d).<\/li>\n \t
  2. This offer (\u201cOffer\u201d) is only applicable to new\/existing customers (“Customer(s)”) of HKBN Enterprise Solutions Limited (“HKBNES”).<\/li>\n \t
  3. During the Promotion Period, Customers who newly register for, install or activate any designated Metro Ethernet service with minimum contract period of no less than 24 months (\u201cMinimum Contract Period\u201d), may receive a HK$2,500 service voucher. The voucher amount (HK$2,500) can only be used to offset the monthly charges for newly installed designated HKBNES Metro Ethernet service. During the initial 24 months of the Minimum Contract Period, up to 50% of the monthly fee can be deducted from the voucher balance each month (\u201cMaximum Deduction Amount\u201d). Deductions will be applied monthly until the total voucher amount (HK$2,500) is fully utilised or the cumulative Maximum Deduction Amount for initial 24 months of the Minimum Contract Period is reached, whichever is earlier. Upon contract expiry or early termination within the Minimum Contract Period, any unused voucher balance will be voided immediately and is non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.<\/li>\n \t
  4. For other terms and conditions applicable to the services covered under this Offer, please refer to HKBNES\u2019s Service Registration Form or consult your Account Manager.<\/li>\n \t
  5. Any payments made to HKBNES are non-transferable and non-refundable.<\/li>\n \t
  6. If there are discrepancies between the Chinese and the English versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.<\/li>\n \t
  7. HKBNES reserves the right to modify, suspend, cancel, or terminate this offer and\/or amend the applicable terms and conditions without prior notice.<\/li>\n \t
