Prior to joining HKBN in 2022, William was Managing Director at Juniper Networks; he has also held various senior executive roles including Senior Vice President of ARRIS APJ, Senior Vice President of Cisco China, Vice President of Ruckus Wireless APJ, and Managing Director of Nortel Networks.

William has been appointed as a director to The Hong Kong Applied Science and Technology Research Institute Board in October 2022. He teaches strategic management at the Sun Yuet Sang University in mainland China, and is a guest professor at the Carlson School of Management, University of Minnesota.
