In FY23, we worked closely with Cisco on numerous large-scale infrastructure projects, bringing innovative solutions like AegisConnect to market and leveraging Cisco’s industry-leading DNS protection technology to deliver unmatched connectivity experiences for our customers. AegisConnect gained great momentum thanks to our close collaboration.
Beyond technology, HKBNES shares Cisco’s commitment to environmental, social, and governance (ESG) leadership. We were proud to partner on the first GreenPay deal in APAC, an innovative ESG finance offering. By linking financing costs to sustainability metrics, GreenPay promotes urgent climate action.
Maintaining the confidentiality of classified information is imperative when developing a chatbot that utilizes internal data. To address this concern, an additional content filtering layer was implemented to filter out sensitive information before forwarding the question to GPT. This protective measure ensures that only relevant data is shared with the chatbot, upholding the privacy of internal information and preventing any leakage of classified data.
