*Terms and Conditions

1. The offer is applicable from today onwards to 30 November, 2024.
2. This offer is only applicable to new / existing customers ("Customer(s)") of HKBN Enterprise Solutions Limited ("HKBNES").
3. Customers who upgrade to 2.5Gbps business broadband service ("Plan") with a minimum 24-month contract and prepay for 9 months' fees after the first bill is issued are eligible to receive a Lenovo V14 G4 IRU Iron Grey or Lenovo ThinkPad E14 G6 ("Lenovo Laptop"). For details on the monthly fee for the specified business broadband service, please consult your account manager. The 9-month prepayment will be reflected in the bills for 1^st , 3^rd , 5^th , 7^th , 9^th , 11^th , 13^th , 15^th and 17^th month, and no additional payment is required for these months.
4. The monthly fee does not include installation or extra wiring costs.
5. Once the offer is successfully registered, the choice of Lenovo Laptop cannot be changed. The offer is on a first-come, first-served basis while stock lasts. The product will be delivered to the Customer's registered address with ES 2-4 weeks after the 9-month prepayment. Customers are entitled to a one-year Lenovo warranty. 6. Descriptions and images of the Lenovo Laptops are provided by the manufacturer and/or supplier for reference only. HKBNES is not the manufacturer or supplier of the Lenovo Laptops and is not responsible for any direct or indirect damage or loss caused to Customer due to the Lenovo Laptop(s) being unfit for purposes, not corresponding to descriptions, or of poor quality, etc.
7. Specifications of 2.5Gbps are based on an Internet connection from the wall plate at customer's premises to the first piece of HKBNES's network equipment. Maximum upload/download speed to local site could be up to 2.5Gbps respectively. The actual bandwidth that Customer can enjoy may be affected by Customer hardware/ software, router specification, site traffic loading, type of content being accessed and other environmental factors; and hence is normally less than the above speed. The bandwidth to overseas sites will also be subject to the conditions of local network there, and therefore the bandwidth might be even less.
8. The coverage of business broadband varies across Hong Kong, Kowloon and the New Territories and is available in selected buildings/districts only. Please contact our account managers for building readiness enquiry.
9. All amounts paid to HKBNES are non-transferable and non-refundable.
10. For other terms and conditions applicable to the above plan, please refer to the HKBNES service registration form or contact your account manager.
11. HKBNES reserves the right to modify, suspend, cancel, or terminate this offer and/or amend the applicable terms and conditions without prior notice.
12. In case of any dispute, HKBNES reserves the right to make the final decision.
